What should I do when I want to change the registered email address?

What should I do when I want to change account information after I have registered?

You can use ‘forgot password’ to change your password. It is not possible to change the date of birth associated with your account.

 

What happens to my information once I reset the app?

Your account information will be deleted from your TV, but it will remain on the service record. You can resume using the service by signing in again with the same account.
